This patient is 26 year old who lost over 100lbs with gastric bypass surgery. She underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction and bilateral mastopexy with augmentation. A 380cc Saline implant was placed on the left and a 480cc Saline implant was placed on the right given her significant asymmetry.
