Patient has a history of 100lbs weight loss. She underwent an extended abdominoplasty with liposuction and a donut mastopexy with augmentation. Due to the asymmetry of her breasts, 300cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implant was placed on the right and 400cc smooth round high profile was placed on the left.
