Description:
The patient is a 58-year-old female who has elected to undergo facial rejuvenation surgery to improve the signs of aging in her face. She underwent rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, endoscopic browlift, and fat grafting to her marionette lines and perioral area.
Facelift Patient 12
Description:
The patient is a 60-year-old male who has elected to proceed with facial rejuvenation surgery to improve the excess skin sag in neck and around his eyes. He has undergone facial rejuvenation surgery with rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with fat grafting to the periorbital area, glabellar area, mid-cheek, and nasolabial fold areas.
Facelift Patient 13
Description:
The patient is a 55-year-old female who underwent facial rejuvenation surgery to improve the height of her brow, remove excess and sagging ski around her eyes and neck. A rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty was performed with coronal browlift, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, and fat grafting to the periorbital and perioral areas. She also received CO2 laser to the lines around her mouth and eyes.

Description:
The patient is a 53-year-old female who wanted to improve the signs of aging in her face with facial rejuvenation surgery. She underwent rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, and upper and lower blepharoplasty. Fat grafting was performed to her nasolabial folds, chin, and perioral areas.

Description:
The patient is a 58-year-old female who underwent facial rejuvenation surgery with rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser to her malar area.
Facelift Patient 16
Description:
The patient is a 51-year-old female who wanted to improve her appearance and the signs of aging by undergoing facial rejuvenation. A rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, and bilateral upper and lower lid blepharoplasty was performed. CO2 laser was also done to improve the appearance of scars on her chin and increase fine lines around her mouth.
Facelift Patient 17
Description:
The patient is a 47-year-old female who wanted to improve the signs of aging in her face. She elected to undergo a facial rejuvenation procedure which consisted of a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, endoscopic browlift, mid-facelift, and lower lid blepharoplasty. She also had liposuction performed to her chin and cheek area.
Facelift Patient 18
Description:
The patient is a 71-year-old wanting to undergo facial rejuvenation to improve the puffiness around her eyes, jowling, and excess skin on her neck, and fine lines throughout her face. Lower lid blepharoplasty was performed with removal of fatty tissue from the herniated pockets. A rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty was also done and approximately 15-20 cc of fat was injected into her cheeks. The upper and lower lips were augmented with approximately 4 cc of fat.

Description:
The patient is a 50-year-old female who underwent facial rejuvenation surgery to improve the position of her brow, correct jowling and sag, and improve the appearance of fine lines. A rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty with endoscopic browlift and lower lid blepharoplasty was performed. Fat was removed from her abdominal area and transferred to the nasolabial folds and periorbital areas.

Description:
The patient is a 55-year-old female who underwent facial rejuvenation surgery to remove excess skin in her neck and upper eyelid areas and decrease jowling and the appearance of aging. A rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty was performed with upper lid blepharoplasty. She also received fat grafting to the marionette lines, suborbital and malar area, and upper face.
