The patient is a 70-year-old female who wanted to improve her appearance by getting rid of excess skin around her eyes, jowls, and neck area. She had significant furrowing of her brows and therefore was recommended a browlift. She underwent facial rejuvenation which consisted of a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, endoscopic browlift, and upper lid blepharoplasty. Fat was injected into the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin, and mid-face area.
