The patient is a 50-year-old who has lost approximately 130 lbs. She wanted to get rid of excess skin on her arms. Brachioplasty was performed with a standard “T” type incision.

The patient is a 48-year-old with a history of 145 lbs. weight loss after gastric bypass surgery. She wanted to get rid of excess skin on her arms, breasts, and abdomen. She underwent brachioplasty to remove excess arm skin. This was performed with a standard “T” type style incision. Wise pattern mastopexy was performed on her breasts and her breasts were lifted and excess skin and fatty tissue was removed. At a later date she underwent an abdominoplasty and thigh lift procedures.

The patient is a 62-year-old who has lost approximately 140 lbs. after gastric bypass surgery. She has undergone multiple procedures including brachioplasty, abdominoplasty, and thigh lift.

The patient is a 50-year-old who has lost approximately 100 lbs. from diet and exercise. Her desire was to get rid of areas of excess skin and fat on her arms, abdomen, and thighs. She underwent brachioplasty with a standard “T” type incision. She also underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction to her abdomen and flanks.

The patient is a 37-year-old with significant excess skin and fatty tissue on her upper arms. She underwent bilateral brachioplasty in which approximately 700 cc of fatty tissue was removed with liposuction and then excess skin was excised using the standard “T” style incision.
