Description:
The patient is a 27-year-old female with a tuberous breast on the right and significant ptosis with asymmetry. A donut mastopexy was performed on the right with 535 cc implant and a vertical mastopexy was performed on the left with a 455 cc implant given her severe asymmetry. Both were placed subglandularly.
