The patient is a 54-year-old female who has undergone facial rejuvenation surgery which included a rhytidectomy, SMAS, platysmaplasty, and mid-facelift with upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the nasolabial folds, upper cheeks, and lid/cheek junction. She also underwent a rhinoplasty procedure at a later time to straighten the dorsum and refine the tip of her nose.
