		     Description:
The patient is a 48-year-old with a history of 145 lbs. weight loss after gastric bypass surgery. She wanted to get rid of excess skin on her arms, breasts, and abdomen. She underwent brachioplasty to remove excess arm skin. This was performed with a standard “T” type style incision. Wise pattern mastopexy was performed on her breasts and her breasts were lifted and excess skin and fatty tissue was removed. At a later date she underwent an abdominoplasty and thigh lift procedures.
